The percentage dividend yield is currently always shown for the last 12 months compared to the current price, while the sum of the dividend for the entire period is shown. In order to be able to track the portfolio return, I think it would be more practical if the percentage dividend yield is calculated in exactly the same way as the percentage price gains so that the return on investment is displayed.
The current presentation is confusing and inconsistent; there is no return of investment for dividends.

Hey! Does the “YoC” (Yield on Cost) metric already exist - i.e. the basis of the current purchase price

Björn Beier Hey, actually I don't mean the YoC, which, like the dividend yields in%, is calculated over 12 months. What is missing is the actual dividend yield in% since purchase. In the dashboard, the share price gain in% takes into account the set period; this is not the case for the dividend yield in%, which is always stated for the period of the last 12 months. Hopefully something like this makes it easier to understand.

Björn Beier I've included a screenshot as an example. The view has been there since purchase. In the case of the dividend yield, the absolute value since purchase is shown at the top and the percentage value in the last 12 months (regardless of the set period) is always shown. My dividend yield since purchase at this position is actually 1.68% (€52.27 from €3095.50) but the dividends from the last 12 months are shown as a percentage of 0.69% (€21.44 of €3095.50).
