It would also be great if there was the option to click on whether you would like the dividend to be automatically recorded. If there is nothing else to do, everything would be done.
If you want to include loss pots or exemption orders, you either do not have to select the option or you could then manually change the deposited dividend under “Costs” and deposit the taxes accrued or settled.

The feature would be really helpful, especially for those with a high number of payouts during the year. It may well happen that a PDF goes down.

You should supplement this with a reference to all the dividends that have already been paid out but that have not been recorded in Parqet - e.g. because the broker does not provide the PDF
Based on my experience, I would even regard this as a priority.
A list of dividends paid out that have not yet been recorded - with the option to click on them individually and repost them.
I don't like to refer to the competition, but ExtraETF, for example, offers that. I know it's more complex with Parqet, but it would actually “just” need to include a loop that calls up the import routine.

and it should be extended even further if the dividend paid out differs from the dividend on the calendar, preferably with a notification and comment function. In other words, whether false positives or whether you really have to check with the broker.
